Quotes and Orders
Quotes are based on the plans and information you provide. Pricing may change if the scope or specifications change. Orders are confirmed in writing and production starts after approval. Please review all details carefully before sign off so the frame matches your requirements.
Lead Times and Delivery
Lead times are provided in good faith and may vary due to workload or supply factors. We schedule delivery with your site contact and place materials in a safe, accessible area. If site conditions change, tell us early so we can adjust. Any re delivery may incur a fee.
Quality and Warranty
We manufacture with care and check products before dispatch. If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve it. Our responsibility is limited to replacing or repairing the affected components in line with Australian consumer law. Normal wear, improper storage, or incorrect installation are not covered.
Plans, Measurements, and Responsibilities
Please ensure plans and measurements are accurate and current. We rely on the information provided to produce your frames. Any on site changes should be shared immediately so we can advise the best path forward. Safe handling and installation are the responsibility of the site team.
